Want to try something different, other than the usual Mexican food? Well, then head to the French Pastry Shop downtown. This cafe is conveniently located in the La Fonda Hotel, is close to the major tourist spots, and is a popular eatery. Take your pick from the extensive menu which includes a large variety of crepes, sandwiches, salads and Homemade French pastries. The cafe has a typically French ambiance to it, complete with small tables and chairs which give it a slightly cramped look. On the whole, this cafe is worth stepping into and sampling the delicious morsels they offer.

World class croissants and traditional French dishes in a cozy French atmosphere is essentially what defines us. In 2024, Mille's croissants were voted best croissants in Santa Fe by the Santa Fe reporter. All our morning pastries are made from scratch, using Isigny butter (one of the highest grade of cultured butter imported from France) and imported flour (farine de gruau rouge) from Les Grands Moulins de Paris. And what would we be without our traditional lunch dishes like cassoulet and moules frites or our brunch fare ranging from sweet and savory crepes to croque monsieur and French toast.
