We are a retail and wholesale bakery known for our attention to detail, delectably irresistible recipes, and consistent quality. We take pride in our "home grown" traditions for preparing and serving the Hudson Valley's best desserts, including our gourmet cakes, fancy Italian-style cookies, precious pastries, and more. We are here for all of your baked-goods needs, with all production done on premises at our Poughkeepsie Plaza location, conveniently located just off Route 9, minutes from the Poughkeepsie Train Station and a short ride north of Fishkill and I84.
We specialize in baking all types of artisan breads, but primarily focusing on Mexican & Latin American pastries and baked goods.
Our commercial bakery specializes in cookies, cakes, brownies, bars, and more. We are also a co-packing facility and our kitchen is available for rent on off hours.
