Our Core Mission is to help underserved to become financially sustainable thru mentoring and ultimately become co-owners of their own Bakery & Café. Our ingredients are locally sourced, albeit Pepper Tree & Sausage House in Albany for our proteins, to our local dairies for fresh eggs and dairy products. Plus, local bakery talent. Using the best grade ingredients in each and every product. We encourage communities and businesses support our bakery's which in turn helps the community. We also have Take N' Bake Cookie Dough available for walk-ins using our curbside service during the work week.
