St. Honoré Boulangerie is an authentic French-style bakery and café located in Portland. This Broadway location opened in April 2017. The bakery's menu reflects their respect for French baking traditions in combination with the local flavors of the season. It features handcrafted French bread, pastries, desserts and savory items such as sandwiches and quiche. The French chef owner Dominique Geulin grew up in Normandie, France, and received the title of MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France, "The Best Craftsman of France" award in the bread-baking category) from the late President François Mitterand in 1990.
