Bueno Sourdough Bakery is a small-batch, artisan micro bakery based in Franklin, TN. Our specialty is slow-fermented sourdough made with only three ingredients: organic flour, water, and salt — nothing else. We use traditional, long fermentation (48–72 hours) to create real, flavorful bread that is easier to digest and completely free from additives, preservatives, and commercial yeast. Every loaf is handcrafted, shaped by hand, and baked in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Our mission is to bring clean-label, honest bread to our community and share the art of real sourdough. We focus on transparency, natural ingredients, and a process that respects time, craft, and tradition.
