We specialize in artisan sourdough breads, pastries, coffee cakes, preserves, and seasonal creations made in small batches with care. We’re also home to Mosaic Bean, our specialty coffee roasting branch, where we roast carefully selected single-origin coffees in small lots for freshness and distinctive flavor.
