Welcome to Pingo de Mel Brazilian Bakery! We are a family run Brazilian bakery in San Antonio, Texas. Our products are all made from scratch using only organic and local ingredients. We offer a range of delicious pastries and popular Brazilian savory items such as the famous coxinhā and pão de queijo. Check out our Facebook page for pictures of our full menu and more baked goods! Location: We currently do not have a storefront, however, you can find us every weekend at The Wells Farmer's Market on Saturday's from 9:00AM-1:00PM and The Alamo Quarry Farmer's Market on Sunday's from 10:00AM-2:00PM. During the week all of our items are available to order by phone only. Anything that you see and like, just give us a call with at least a days notice and we will have it ready for you! We proudly create custom birthday cakes made with human-grade, all-natural ingredients, including our signature all-natural frosting. With just 48 hours’ notice, most cakes can be crafted exactly to your liking. (Due to high demand, some custom orders should be placed a week in advance.) Unlike others in the area, Puppychinos never freezes our cakes. Every cake is made fresh, giving your pup the quality they deserve. This commitment to freshness is one of the many things that sets us apart in San Antonio and the surrounding communities. To make their birthday even more special, we offer custom imprinted birthday cookies, Dinosaur designs, What-A-Burger and many other custom designs. (Please check in with the bakery for best options and availability.) Looking for something ready to go? We also offer pre-made birthday cakes at highly competitive prices. These fresh cakes are typically stocked Tuesday's through Saturday, with limited availability on Saturdays depending on demand. Our treats and cakes often sell quickly due to the overwhelming support from our community, and we work hard to keep everything freshly stocked. We are very pet friendly, so bring in your pups for free treat samples & Pupcups! We'd love meeting your fur babies and helping them find their new favorite Puppychinos snacks.
