Anh Ơi Bake Shop is a Vietnamese-American bakery rooted in memory, nostalgia, and the flavors that remind us who we are. What started as pop-ups across Seattle has grown into a retail space centered on thoughtfully crafted, shelf-stable bakes - cookies, cakes, and pastries that draw from both Vietnamese and American traditions. You’ll find signature flavors like Vietnamese coffee with white chocolate, fried banana, Thai tea persimmon, and black sesame red bean - familiar and unexpected at the same time. Beyond our own menu, Anh Ơi also features a rotating selection of goods from local Asian American bakers, creating a shared space that highlights diverse perspectives and stories through food. Everything is fully packaged and ready to enjoy as-is, or with simple self-service reheating in-store.
