If searing the bottom of the steak made it juicy, he reasoned that adding flames to the top with the thought that it would make them even better. In addition to steaks, customers have a variety of other entrees like chicken, seafood, country vegetables and hot fresh baked breads and desserts. WesterN SizzliN is a family restaurant that serves a buffet as well. There are approximately 150 WesterN SizzliN Steak restaurants in nearly 25 states. The company employs nearly 500 people.
