At Abbracci Group, we exist to unleash potential, (individual, team, and organizational), and ensure growth doesn’t fade once the engagement ends. Founded by Dr. Keri Ohlrich and Kelly Guenther, we partner with HR professionals and leaders who want more than inspiration. They want clarity, action, and progress that lasts. Our work helps people and organizations see what’s possible, translate insights into concrete action plans, and build the habits and systems that sustain change over time. Through honest conversation, strategic frameworks, and practical tools, we support clients in changing not just what they know but how they lead and work. We blend reflection with strategy, compassion with accountability, and inspiration with execution, so development continues long after our work together is done.
