Paramount Citrus, an orange, lemon and Clementine grower, packer and shipper, owns and farms more than 15,000 acres. Paramount Citrus acres are used for bearing and development of Clementine mandarins, navel oranges, Valencia oranges, lemons and other citrus varieties in the San Joaquin Valley and Ventura County, Calif. The company also farms another 10,000 acres through its subsidiary, S&J Farm Management. Paramount Citrus markets its fresh fruit through the Sunkist marketing cooperative and is the cooperative s largest member. The company supplies more than 15 percent of all Sunkist citrus. Paramount Citrus provides farm management services that are tailored individually for hundreds of independent Californian farmers. The company maintains an office in Delano, Calif.
