The Ashby Confections Chocolate Shoppe specializes in handmade artisan chocolates and other treats. We make a variety of truffles, caramels, marshmallows, pate de fruits, hot chocolate and more. We use exclusively organic dairy products and many other fresh, local, organic ingredients such as Meyer lemons, lavender flowers, strawberries and watermelon. Some of the chocolate that we use is organic and some isn't, but it is all very high quality. Quality is extremely important and we take it very seriously.
Operational for more than 40 years, Del Mar Seafood's is a family-owned fishing company that owns and operates fishing vessels and processing facilities in California and Oregon. It catches, packages, freezes and exports nearly 80 million pound seafood to various countries in the world. The company supplies anchovies, whiting, sardines and squids.
