CTI Foods is a privately held company owned by a group of foodservice industry veterans. The company was established in July 2003 through the acquisition and merger of SSI Food Services, Inc. and S&S Foods, LLC. Since then, it has expanded its operations into Texas by opening two additional processing facilities. Production operations have been in place since 1986 in Idaho, 1998 in California and 2004 in Texas, each doing business with multi-unit National Account Restaurant Chains. CTI Foods is a culinary driven company that offers a diverse range of custom food solutions to the foodservice industry. Our customer list includes numerous multi-unit national account restaurant chains in the QSR, family dining and casual dining segments.
The Snake River Sugar Company owns Amalgamated Sugar Company. Amalgamated Sugar Company, which maintains one its four locations in Nampa, Idaho, provides grocers with brown and dark brown sugar, fine, extra fine and gel-granulated sugar; industrial coarse sugar, powdered sugar, type-50 medium invert sugar, type-O liquid sucrose and sugar packets. All of the company s products are free of foreign tastes and odors and are supplied under the brand name WHITE SATIN Sugar. WHITE SATIN Sugar is available in 50-pound and 100-pound multiwall paper bags, semibulk bags and bulk. Amalgamated Sugar Company also maintains a production facility in Oregon.
