Established in 1982, West Best Foods Inc. is a small-scale manufacturing operation based in a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected and HACCP approved factory. The company is a food service provider to some of the largest hotels and casinos in the world. It is a purveyor of frozen Italian, Mexican and specialty gourmet items to the food service industries. In 2003, West Best Foods Inc. was named as one of Las Vegas' Top Minority-Owned Businesses by In Business Las Vegas Magazine.
