Established by Paula and Steven Black in 2003, it was was named in an ode to their four daughters. This sustainable vineyard was bought by Bill Foley in 2014. Their complex wines are rich and delicious. You can try them in the Foley Family Estate, their tasting room. Overlooking the wine estate, this former farmhouse is a great place to take a sip of their blended brews. Stroll through the vineyard to see how wine is made and the types of grapes cultivated. Carlton Farms focuses on producing several products that are featured in restaurants, grocers and custom meat shops. The company is known especially for its Carlton Farms Fresh & Natural Pork, which is featured by name on restaurant menus and in gourmet meat cases. Papa Jakes Barbecue Spice, a dry-rub marinade featuring an old family recipe, is sold in many retail outlets along with Carlton Farms handcrafted meats.
