The delightful flavor of Bright & Sunny Ginger Beer comes from simple ingredients: fresh organic ginger, fresh squeezed limes, organic cane sugar, and filtered water, plus naturally occurring Bellingham yeast. Live, wild yeast culture is the catalyst for the bubbly probiotic in our wild fermented craft soda - no added C02. We brew in small batches with minimal sugar to keep alcohol content under 1%, making Bright & Sunny perfect as a mixer for cocktails and mocktails, and super refreshing enjoyed straight-up. Cheers!
Madrone Cellars & Cider is owned and operated by husband and wife team Shaun and Amy Salamida. Our products are 100% SJI crafted and produced. With a key interest in supporting the local agriculture community, we strive to create quality wines and ciders that reflect the story behind the glass. Terroir, which is a sense of place reflected through taste, textures, and aromas, is the inspiration for our wines and ciders. We chose to focus on natural winemaking styles, which include spontaneous fermentations, zero filtration, minimal intervention, and much more. Natural, to us, means crafting wine and cider the way it was made for years. We do not manipulate our products but allow them to reflect the terroir and purity of fruit. An important distinction for us is that our products contain zero residual sugar. Natural wine ferments all the way dry and achieves balance through rest and age.
