A day is 10hrs in an F&B world and hourly on top of that if needed, This rate is for overall consulting, that most importantly is guiding existing management, with processes, and accountability to senior Directors. Staff training and moral improvement, implementing new services etc. are just a start of what we can improve on. If all you need is management cover then the price can be flexible. We will assist you in the hiring of management if needed as well plugging immediate gaps.
