Built by Experience, Driven by Heart D2J2 isn’t just another consulting firm — it’s a company built on real, hands-on experience in construction and business operations. Founded by a mother of four daughters, the company’s name itself (D2J2) represents family, purpose, and legacy. Every process we build is designed with care, precision, and long-term growth in mind. We Understand the Builders Unlike generic consulting firms, we specialize in the construction and security industries, giving us deep insight into the challenges owners face with payroll, compliance, billing, job costing, and back-office organization. We speak the same language as your field team and your finance team — bridging both worlds efficiently. Fractional COO Expertise We offer fractional COO-level support — meaning you get the structure, strategy, and leadership of an executive without the full-time cost. From organizing operations to creating scalable systems, we streamline your business so you can focus on building. People First, Process Always We believe that business efficiency doesn’t have to feel robotic. Our approach blends professionalism with empathy — ensuring both owners and teams feel supported while the business stays compliant and profitable. “Building Companies Who Build” That’s more than a tagline — it’s our mission. We help builders, contractors, and entrepreneurs create foundations for sustainable growth through systems, structure, and strategy.
