The Company will help Management and oversee daily operation. JC Management and Consulting LLC provide training for the staff to develop a strong foundation for the youth in care. Our mission is to advocate for children statewide and to impact children, youth, and their families by empowering them to succeed. We strongly believe that children belong at home with their families and that troubled youth are most effectively treated in their own communities. My expertise is to provide the staff with the tools that they need to work with the youth.
