What started as one of Oakland’s hidden gems has grown into a cozy spot where we mix traditional Chinese flavors with a bit of Western flair. Our goal is simple: to serve up bold, exciting dishes that bring the rich history of Chinese cuisine to life in a fresh and welcoming way.
Corners' Cafe is a thriving, full-service café located on Youth UpRising's campus. The Cafe sources fresh, local and sustainable ingredients and partners with local businesses including Acta Non-Verba, Phat Beets, Mandela Partners, and Café Gabriela. The Cafe provides culinary training, management skills, and meaningful work experience to the young people of Alameda County.
