We make all our ice cream right here in our shop! Little Calf serves 18-20 varieties of ice cream and sorbets. We also use our own special recipe for our amazing Waffle Cones, Marshmallow and Strawberry toppings! For the cafe menu also make our own sauces, roast our turkey , brine our chicken breast, cut our own potato chips! We use a local bakery for fresh bread! Little Calf truly cares about what we serve. You will be able to taste the difference

We’re a mini farm and coffee trailer that exists purely to bring our community together and create a peaceful place to connect in nature! We serve craft drinks and have amazing places to sit on our patio or under our beautiful oaks. We have a small animal area under the front oak where chickens, bunnies, ducks and mini pigs live together (in shifts). We’ve done a lot of research and love how these animals can live in harmony and also create an incredible permaculture system. Guests are able to carefully watch and interact with these amazing animals. We also have 3 alpaca boys and 2 mini highland cows as well as cattle and livestock dogs. Fermata is also growing food and gardens using a no-till, back to Eden method. We hope you can come enjoy this incredible place with us soon.
