Dating back to 1912, the credit for Silver Grill Cafe goes to Charlie Liggett and Leonidas “Flossie” Widger and later it was sold to John Arnolfo in 1979. characterized by a wooden floor, bright lights and a backyard patio which was opened in 2003. Some of the restaurant's highlights include Eggs Benedict, Old Towner, Fiesta Hash Browns, BELT Sandwich and a wide range of Cinnamon Rolls.
Since its inception in 1987, Young's Cafe is the home of authentic and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Cafe Athens is Northern Colorado's casual, yet classy, Greek restaurant. With two convenient locations (Front Range Shopping Center & the Promenade Shops at Centerra), Cafe Athens provides Fort Collins and Loveland residents with a delicious mix of American, Greek, and Mediterranean cuisine. Cafe Athens is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and serves a variety traditional Greek dishes like mousaka, souvlaki, falafel, dolmathes, baklava, gyros (a local favorite), and Greek-style salads and pizza. FoCo Cafe
Situated close to Washington Park in Fort Collins, FoCo Cafe opened its doors in the year 2014. Regardless of the person’s ability to pay, they offer delicious meals to everyone. Some of the items served here are salads, soups and muffins. They use good quality vegetables that are sourced from local farms. In exchange for a nutritious meal, patrons are encouraged to pay what they can afford. Patrons can even choose to donate for extra meals or volunteer here at the cafe.
