The Kookaburra

The Kookaburra is a self-described 'Aussie-American' cafe that sources its coffee from local Floridian growers and serves unique pastries native to those from Down Under. The 'Aussie Pie' is the staple here as far as food is concerned and the coffee from Bold Bean is absolutely out-of-this-world. Definitely an interesting take on a coffeehouse and a nice addition to St. Augustine's historic district.

Cultivate Tea and Spice

Our love for teas and spices blossomed through gardening as many edibles as possible in our backyard. What was once a small hobby of drying herbs for our family, has now turned to a successful business we get to pass on to others. The two of us share a mutual love for our local community, so we decided to officially launch our business in 2019 as a way to spread our passion for the many uses and benefits that nature has to offer! We began selling our unique organic tea and spice blends at the St. Augustine Amphitheater Farmers Market and we were hooked right from the start! We found ourselves looking forward to setting up our booth each Saturday at the market to connect with the community, build relationships, and ultimately share our passion for what we do.

Little Margie's FA Cafe

This quirky little place is decorated in riotous colors meant to evoke island living- a motif bolstered by the palm thatch, surfboards, and nautical memorabilia that abound here. Equal parts bar, cafe, and seafood shack, the menu here is heavy on beach drinks (like margaritas or lime wedge-spiked Coronas) and seafood-influenced pub grub, like the shrimp and lobster burrito or fried oysters. Prices are modest, and the location right on the beach makes this an ideal place to come after a good frolic in the surf or to pick up provisions for an impromptu picnic.
