We roast fresh, fair-trade, organic coffee beans in very small batches. We use hot air roasters to avoid scorching the beans. This gives you a full-bodied, smooth coffee. We roast to order, your beans don't sit on a shelf. We ship using USPS Priority Mail Delivery is typically in two days.
