The aromatic scent of coffee is enough to entice most guests in the hotel to step in through the doors of this coffee shop. Palio is quaint espresso coffee shop which is ideal as a place to read a newspaper or just sip on coffee. Apart from the coffee you can also have soups, sandwiches and other snacks. For those with a sweet tooth, you can feast on a delectable range of Chef Jean-Philippe Maury's pastries.
Durning the day hours we are a popular Las Vegas Coffee Bar and Brunch restaurant. The evenings we turn in to the anti inflation Burger Bar. As seen on every social feed, Some of Las Vegas's best Smashed Burgers! Brunch has a full variety if items from popular breakfast and lunch as well as vegan items. We offer crepes, fresh baked pastries, savory items of fried chicken, mac and cheese waffle topped with a jalapeno bacon jam. Chef influenced coffees, cookie butter latte, tiramisu latte, kura goma japanese latte, and more. For those that need a little edge taken off, we offer a full range of spiked coffees, bottomless mimosas, and full bar. Vegans get their own menu with one of Las Vegas's most popular vegan burrito! At night the Parlour turns into a Burger lounge (anti inflation) with craft cocktails made by Trey Picou (award winning mixologist). We are taking prices back to when we could go out and now have to take loan to do so! $5 burger, $7 burger and fries, $7 cocktails, $3 dollar beers! We have signature double burgers modeled after all the burger chains. All under $10. This venue is located in the Four Queens Hotel & Casino and overlooks the casino floor. It boasts a diverse menu that includes Hawaiian steak and eggs, white pizza, Neptune Platter, and a variety of sandwiches and salads. They offer a rib special from 4p-Mid.

Our Skye Canyon location opened July 10th, 2021. We are located in the Skye Canyon Community Center, which is open to the public. Our front door is located on the patio to the side of the building.
