Red Truck On The Runway is a brainchild of talented chef Larry Abney. He started out Red Truck as a food truck and managed to win many hearts around the city, the Red Truck On The Runway is a brick and mortar version of his truck. The cafe entertains many patrons especially travelers who come here to satiate their well-worked appetite after a long and tiring flight. And Red Truck On The Runway does a great job in delighting them with delectable Greek, Indian as well as Mexican dishes. Larry's creations have subtle American nuances and they all taste absolutely delectable. Samosas, Tacos, Falafel, Adana Pork and the Coconut Curry Lamb are some of the cafe's many eclectic offerings. The cafe is located inside the main building of Truckee Tahoe Airport.

Doordash available Just a heads up too… we are a tiny mom owned cafe and we make everything fresh to order. On busy days it could take a bit of time to get your food.
