All items will be made from the highest quality ingredients and sourced locally when possible. Use farm fresh produce, grass-fed meat & organic grains. Fluffy Duck serves pastry and breads freshly baked every morning in state of the art equipment. The open kitchen concept allows you to see the baking process from start to finish. A La Marzocco espresso machine sits on the counter where Madcap coffee beans are used to make excellent lattes and much more. Lunch begins at 11am serving pizza & salads!
