We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we'll leave that up to you!
Norma's Cafe is a Dallas home-cooking institution, founded in 1956. Norma's Cafe serves up hot, fresh and delicious savory home-styled meals, with a sinfully Southern flare, that are sure to make your mouth water. We have won numerous awards for our menu but some of the most popular dishes for breakfast are our breakfast tacos, Country breakfast with chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken and then of course, the Ol' Number 7 which won Dallas Observer's "Best Hangover Cure". Plus breakfast is served all day, every day! If you're here for lunch or dinner, we of course recommend our Chicken Fried Steak, Smothered Pork Chops or any of the burgers (the Mac & Cheese Burger is a real standout)! We also have a variety of daily specials included entrees, soups, vegetables, side dishes and desserts. Plus no meal is complete at Norma's without a slice of Mile High Cream Pie!
