Good sandwiches aren't just made...they are created. Our bread is top notch and the "Dutch Crunch" bread is truly unique. We offer Gluten-Free Bread!! And have a very HIGH protocol when making these orders. Every GF order is treated special. Fresh gloves, knives, a wipe down of the boards, fresh paper laid on top of the boards, bread toasted in the top of the oven on a cookie sheet to avoid as much gluten contamination as possible. We do everything we can to keep your GF sandwich free from gluten as possible. Come check us out. We make our Marinar, Cranberry, Hummus, Vegan Patty and Pesto all in-house...and the Pesto is nut free and cheese free...so even our vegetarian and vegan friends can enjoy.
