Pizza 900 offers Orange County and Los Angeles Residents a unique culinary experience: We have an authentic Italian wood-fired oven on a custom-built trailer that can be transported directly to your event. The warm, glowing flame and scent of a wood fire elevates the mood of any event... and highlights the flavors of everything we bake in our 900 degree oven. This is OC's first authentic Italian pizzeria on wheels! We make our dough, cheese and sauce according to 200 year old neapolitan traditions. A taste of our pizza will take you to the streets of Naples Italy. Our Dough is made using imported flour from Italy, Our imported Italian peeled tomatoes are hand crushed and turned into a delicious yet simple sauce. Our cheese is what Italians call Fior di Latte Mozzerella. It's a soft fresh mozzerella made from Cow's Milk. We try to use fresh and organic ingredients whenever possible.
