Criscito Pizza is a mobile pizzeria. We say we're Naples born, Brooklyn inspired. Our dough is made in the classic Neapolitan style. It's baked at around 800 degrees in our Italian imported wood fired oven. But the most unique thing about our pizza is that we use a "criscito", or wild yeast, instead of commercial, cultivated yeast. It's the tedious old fashioned way of doing things but using a criscito is healthier, more flavorful, and easier to digest. Our toppings are what you tend to find in a Brooklyn pizzeria. We use many of the same cheeses, sauces, and toppings you'd find in an old time New York Pizzeria.
