Here at JC Catering Company we specialize in bánh xèo also known as Vietnamese crepes. This banh xeo is a traditional dish with a twist. For parties/events, don't you hate it when you place a large to go order that it gets soggy and just doesn't taste the same when you eat it? Well with our catering service, we offer to come to the event, with our own equipment, so that the bánh xèo are made at the event and can be enjoyed fresh off the pan. We also have a wide variety of marinated items for the grill that is offered through our catering service, it's like having a personal chef.
