At the Wing Shack we pride ourselves on the preparation of the chicken wing. We use fresh, never frozen wings and each order is cooked fresh with just the right amount of crispiness. But was is the chicken wing without being tossed in some mouthwatering sauce? We have 12 different homemade sauces to choose from, ranging from a kid friendly mild sauce to our taste bud incinerating Bear Hot sauce. All of our sauces are original recipes and are homemade every day in our sauce kitchen. Using only the finest ingredients and freshest peppers, we like to think our sauces are what separates our chicken wings from the rest of the pack.
We are a recreational Cooking School designed to teach you all about different world cuisines in the comfort of your own home. We call these classes “Interactive Dinner Parties” because that’s what they are. You learn dishes in a fun dinner party setting with your friends and family. When you go to a party what is the most popular room in the house…the kitchen!

Once a German restaurant, the Greenbriar revamped its menu and renovated its space and now dishes up fancy American fare in a spacious, bright setting. The restaurant, built in 1879 as a pioneer home and general store, offers views of wild flower filled meadows, and the landmark Flatirons (The) menu features fine dining favorites, including Beef Wellington and Glazed Roasted Duck, as well as curious entrees like the Seared Ostrich Filet. Pasta and vegetarian dishes are also offered.The Sunday brunch is very popular with the locals.
