Our business philosophy is "cook with love" which we feel is lacking in most restaurants and catering companies. With all the processed foods pre-made and delivered ready to microwave, using ingredients from the lowest bidder, chef's now specialize in opening boxes. We wanted to only cook from scratch, including, curing our own ham, bacon, salmon etc. and making our desserts, start to finish, from scratch. We also believe it is important to know about the food you eat, where it comes from and what it does for your body. We grow all the herbs, and micro greens that we use and eventually hope to become completely self-reliant in growing all of the vegetables, beans, rice, lettuces etc. A farm to table, from scratch catering and personal chef service in our end goal, and while that is, realistically a ways off, it is, nevertheless, what drives us forward and inspires our soul.
