Before launching 5 Star Catering, he owned restaurants in Miami and Naples, developing menus focused on fresh ingredients, elegant presentation, and guest-centered dining experiences. Today we specialize in private chef services, catering, and interactive cooking experiences in Naples, Marco Island, and surrounding Southwest Florida areas. Our services include in-home private dining, special event catering, bachelorette parties, anniversary dinners, and hands-on cooking classes for adults and families. Guests often enjoy experiences such as pasta or ravioli making, chef-led tastings, and cocktail pairing tutorials. A key part of our philosophy is food allergy awareness and dietary-friendly cooking. Chef Shabo has extensive experience preparing gluten-free, dairy-free, and other customized menus while maintaining the same high level of flavor and presentation for every guest. Chef Shabo also holds a ServSafe Manager Certification, ensuring professional food safety standards at every event.
