La Pizza Napolitana ATL specializes in authentic Neapolitan pizza catering in Atlanta for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. As a family-owned mobile pizzeria, we bring an imported Italian oven directly to your event and cook every pizza fresh and to order - an interactive experience that turns dinner into part of the celebration. Our pizzaiolo trained in Naples through the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). Each pie starts with 24-to-48-hour fermented dough and imported Italian ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes, Italian flour, and fresh mozzarella, fired at 850°F and served in about 90 seconds.
