Our mission is simple, bring people together through the culture of craft barbecue using traditions of the past for today and beyond. Food is a cultural language that brings people together. Modern American barbecue takes and reshapes cooking techniques that came from ages ago and is traditional, yet cutting edge. Our meats are smoked low and slow for up to 12 hours to ensure the juiciest bites that address your senses in multiple ways. We use locally sourced seasoned oak to cook and season our meats with proprietary spice blends and sauces. Our sides are made with the same care as our main dishes and carry on familial and cultural traditions with modern sensibilities. We focus on catering, while offering the occasional pop-up, and we are regionally diverse in our offerings.
