Summer Kitchen Cafe & Bakery is a family-style restaurant and bakery that serves a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. It specializes in making breads, muffins, rolls, pies and cakes. The restaurant s menu features French toast, cheese sticks, onion rings, baked potatoes, steaks, grilled chicken salad, stuffed shrimp and fried chicken. The restaurant also serves pork tenderloin, sandwiches, burgers and nonalcoholic drinks. Additionally, the restaurant provides a catering menu that features mashed potatoes, buttered corn, baked beans, pasta salad, rice, meatballs, croissants and beef noodles. Summer Kitchen Cafe & Bakery, with a location in Omaha, Neb., also operates restaurants in La Vista and Bellevue, Neb.
