What makes Evoca Sazon unique is that it was inspired by both my parents, who taught me the traditional Puerto Rican dishes we shared as a family. I once told my dad, Dad, I should open up a food business with your name .He smiled and said "Yeah". Today, he is no longer with us but he is the face of my business , carrying his love for Puerto Rico, our traditions, and the cherished memories we shared. I'm honored to share it all with you-from our table to yours.
