We serve freshly flown in pacific oysters on the half shell. We offer adjustable catering packages, and do frequent public events - so we can come to you, or you can come to us at our next public event! The oysters are from the owner's family farm out in Washington state, called Capital Oyster. We'd love to be a part of your next event, whether it be a wedding, corporate party, open house, or family gathering - we do it all! We are happy to put together personalized packages that work for all sizes and themes, and work well at all events - casual, backyard BBQ all the way to high-end formal gatherings!
