We bake all of our own breads and buns, we house smoke and cure all of our meats and sausages and our soup is made from scratch daily. We serve breakfast everyday until 2:00pm. We offer a full bar & an Oregon lottery game room as well as a separate dining room for families. Out back we have a fantastic covered, heated area as well as an even better and larger uncovered space that offers a fire pit, seating and horseshoe games!

The family makes all their wurst in house, we have a full restaurant and dining hall and an excellent retail area. we also feature Hand Crafted Wiennerschnitzel and smoked pork items.
