It is super quick and easy and we use non-returnable pans so clean up is a breeze. Chef John Specializes in scratch made sauces including his Hawaiian Sauce-pineapple, mango, toasted coconut and habanero peppers, Pele's Hawaiian Sauce with a little MORE habaneros; DC Mumbo Sauce-a sweet & spicy sauce originally from Washington DC; and black bean and corn salsa. Catering by Chef John always features our Self Serve Saucy Bar on our vending cart so our guests can always enjoy as much of Chef John's Gourmet Sauces as they want!
