Established in 2001, Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar offers a variety of casual dining options. The restaurant features a granite bar, large wine display that exhibit more than 250 bottles and silk chandeliers. It serves a variety of food items that include prawn linguini, pepper salmon, fish tacos, ribs, burgers, sandwiches, salads and turkey wraps. The restaurant offers a variety of pizzas with various toppings, such as pepperoni, jalape os, chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives and onions. Its dessert menu includes custard, donuts, chocolate brownies and cookies. The restaurant serves a variety of martinis and after-dinner drinks. It offers gift certificates of various denominations. Additionally, the restaurant provides catering services. Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar maintains multiple locations in Spokane, Wash.
