Our coffees are roasted daily in Tucson, AZ and are made from only top-grade, shade grown, premium Arabica beans sourced from fair trade and organic farms. All of our coffees are single origin. Each coffee is unique in it's flavor and appeal. Like wine, coffee gets it's flavor from the climate and the soil of the region it was grown in. We roast each coffee to it's unique taste profile. The chef is up with the sun to tempt local senses with the sweet scent of freshly baked scones, perhaps the best variety in town. Try the unusual Sage Scone, a flaky sensation for just 2 Dollars or a Crunchy Sable, a French pastry that is the rage in Paris. Shake yourself awake with freshly roasted coffee in any size and flavor your heart desires, served inside or on the pleasant tree-shaded patio. Be aware that owner Roger Sliker takes care to use only shade-grown coffee beans, thereby protecting the tropical tree canopy for migratory birds that pass through Southern Arizona during wintertime.
