Our coffees are roasted daily in Tucson, AZ and are made from only top-grade, shade grown, premium Arabica beans sourced from fair trade and organic farms. All of our coffees are single origin. Each coffee is unique in it's flavor and appeal. Like wine, coffee gets it's flavor from the climate and the soil of the region it was grown in. We roast each coffee to it's unique taste profile.
