We source coffee on merit, not by region — whatever a grower did exceptionally well that year, wherever they are. That means the bar changes throughout the year, with co-ferments, anaerobics, carbonic maceration, thermal shock and extended-fermentation lots alongside classic coffees roasted to bring out everything they have. We serve espresso, pour-over and cold brew made to order, plus whole bean coffee to take home or ship. We also roast for wholesale partners, including cafes and restaurants.
