Considered's Open Air Cafe offers the same service you know and love from our curbside coffee business, with a few fun perks! our 1965 VW Bus is permanently parked at The Factory. Outdoor seating (indoor for inclement weather), free wifi with email sign up, on-site bathrooms, and surround sound.
We provide a large selection of delicious and exotic Coffees, Teas, Soices, & Pastries as well as a colorful collection of unique gifts from coffee cups to jewelry to greeting cards. In addition, we are a traditional Italian espresso bar and offer a variety of high quality and hand crafted espresso drinks as well as daily brewed coffees and teas.
We create elegant Italian cafe beverage bars to make any event extra special. We use original brass & copper machines for an exciting presentation; and, our servers are professional, well groomed Baristas who will recreate the 'Taste of Italy' in their delicious espresso beverages. With over 5000 events catered, we've happily serviced events with just a few guests to large conventions of over 10,000. We can go just about anywhere at any time; whether it's a wedding in San Diego, house-warming party in Orange County, corporate event in San Francisco, or industry event in Hollywood, we are mobile and self contained. What makes our beverages memorable is our coffee -- All of our espresso beans are highest grade ORGANIC and FAIR TRADE Arabica beans carefully selected from top coffee farms from several continents. We import them as fresh green beans then blend and roast them locally to classic specifications. . . Enjoy!

Nelly and Pierre make homemade Sourdough Brioches bread and viennoiseries. Pierre applies to the brioche, the french artisanal & traditional baguette process making. We focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and treat them with respect and with a great attention to details at every single stage of the process. We use liquid sourdough and a slow and long fermentation. It takes 15 hours to make the brioche bread. It takes 3 days to make the croissant. Sourdough enable us to decrease the amount of butter and of sugar by almost 30% / to the French traditional brioche. We are also well known for our soft scramble eggs (eggs sandwiches, omelettes), as well as our savory croissant. And among the sweet family croissant, you will get chocolate / almond croissant, cinnamon roll, morning buns, bostock and Kouign amann. We proudly serve Dune coffee roaster which is a SB coffee roasting company.
