Small-batch craft coffee roaster specializing in rotating single-origin coffees from around the world. We roast on a Probat 12 kilo, grind with an EK43, brew on a Curtis, pull shots on a La Marzocco, and care for people immensely. Most of our coffee is relationship based, thus sustainable also many of our food ingredients are coming from local farms or businesses.
Simplicity. We do a few things very well. Obviously great coffee is priority. But also legendary hospitality, fast, and for a great price. All powered by simplicity.
