After years as a COO in the restaurant industry, an ex-convict and his family founded Convict Coffee Co. Having witnessed boardrooms full of greed and struggling employees - it was time to take action. Disillusioned with industry practices, we’re on a mission to create a different kind of company. Convict is committed to an equitable pay structure for our people, impacting our communities, and brewing coffee with conviction. Get Out. Do Good.
