At the corner of Bowles and Wadsworth is our newest cafe housing our Reserve Roastery and The Fox and The Raven grain milling and baking. Our new bakery concept takes our focus on the raw ingredient to our food! Sourcing ancient and heirloom grains which we mill on a granite mill in house, naturally ferment, and bake in a stone hearth oven into Dark Loaves and artisan pastries. Our Reserve Roastery will be roasting our highest end coffees, available through our reserve club and to our subscription and newsletter members.
