Our coffee trailer is different because it’s built on heart, family, and faith. We serve American-roasted coffee with good, simple flavors—nothing overcomplicated, just smooth, honest coffee that tastes the way it should. Every cup is made with care, intention, and pride in quality. This is a Jesus-loving, family-run business, and that love shows in how we treat people and how we serve. We believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s a moment of connection, comfort, and community. When you stop at our trailer, you’re not just grabbing coffee, you’re supporting a family dream rooted in faith, hard work, and wanting more freedom and time to share with the ones we love. Simple coffee. Real people. Purpose behind every pour.

Bat Brew Coffee is a dark, cozy little coffee shop hidden in downtown Lakeland. Inside you’ll find a stone fireplace which sits between floor to ceiling shelves replete with old books. Sit in our snug curtained booth and read your favorite book under the soft light of the timeworn lantern as you sip a victorian trifle latte.
